Understanding the Status – Help

Meaning of statuses

What the individual entries mean

In transit: The shipment is currently being carried. In customs clearance: For international transfers, the shipment is being processed by customs – this can take some time. Delivered: The transfer is complete and the urn has been handed over.

For each step you can see the date, time and location. This allows the journey of the urn to be followed seamlessly.

When nothing changes

The status isn’t moving – what to do?

This is usually normal: several hours can pass between two processing steps – overnight, at weekends or during customs clearance. The next step appears automatically as soon as it has been recorded.

If no shipment is (yet) found for your number, please check the spelling. Newly commissioned transfers sometimes only appear after the first record. If you have any questions, our team is here for you at office@mpe-dwl.com.
