How do I track my urn delivery?
Enter your tracking or order number in the search field above. You will immediately see the current status of the transfer along with every previous stage, including date and location.
Which tracking number do I need to enter?
Use the order or tracking number from your order confirmation – for example a CREMEXX number (CRX-…), an international CMX number, or the tracking number of the appointed network partner. A link containing the number from our email will also take you straight to the status.
Is shipment tracking discreet and secure?
Yes. The query is encrypted, and no personal data is displayed – only the transport status of the sealed ashes capsule itself. The transfer is carried out discreetly throughout, with no external markings.
My status hasn’t changed for hours – is that normal?
Yes, that is to be expected. Several hours can pass between individual processing steps – for instance overnight, at weekends, or during customs clearance for international shipments. The next step appears automatically as soon as it has been recorded.
Can I also track international transfers?
